Well for one, I will not live forever and I lost 122 minutes of my life to the teenage/vampire love story Twilight.

I think the movie was decent for a teenage romance but not my cup of coffee. The movie, obviously unrealistic, depicts a romance that exists in fantasy, hence the falling in love with a vampire. Sure it had a few of those 'aww' moments but I didn't see anything too special in it.

This is like a Harry Potter mania all over again! I mean c'mon fan girls with 'I <3 Potter' on their shirts.



Now doesn't that look familiar?!

Regarding Edward Cullen aka Robert Pattinson...what to say? Well, I for one did not imagine him to play the part after playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter. He doesn't seem like 'my' vampire type at least.

So opinions on Twilight? Did you like Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen? What would you change in the movie?

I decided to come back to this site, Lord knows why but I did. It feels good coming back I guess but, I miss sitting around and being lazy than typing something on a 'blog', oh well.

Resort plans nude "anything goes" party.

This is in Australia---the hotel owner said this move is for economic purposes due to the loses they have been having recently. Apparently its a pick-me-up for a whole month.
Okay, honestly do we REALLY want this. They tried the nude plane ride, we already have nudist beaches...we need more?!
Any thoughts?

A Vicar is hospitalized for having a Potatoe up his BUM!

Pleasant? Weird? Straight up creepy? Possibility: High.
While hanging curtains in the kitchen on the nude, a Vicar fell on top of the wee potato. He later was hospitalized and had surgery to extract said potato.
Ouch?

Poland and the US have reached an agreement in principle to install a controversial American missile defence system on Polish soil.

WHAT?!



US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said: "We understand that there is a desire for defence modernisation in Poland and particularly for air defence modernisation in Poland. This is something that we support because it will make our ally, Poland, more capable."

This IS COMPLETELY unnecessary. Poland does not need anymore wars to "fight"; least of all for America.
